The responsibilities for this position consist of communicating updates directly to the customer and accurately gathering information from the customers to progress incidents. By maintaining a high level self-based learning and having a good knowledge of Microsoft products, including Windows XP, Windows 7, Active directory, exchange and office suite; The role will also operate driving initiative to negate language issues in central Europe and assist in maintaining documentation and checking standards.
