Tire Grinder

This precision heavy-duty grinding machine is another innovative tool from Hydratight DL Ricci designed to help eliminate excessive downtime.

The Tire Grinder provides portable grinding onsite. It is designed to regrind tires, trunnions and rollers on kilns and large vessels, and can resurface any size tire or roller, floating or fixed, while the rotary equipment is running.

Much faster than conventional grinding, our Tire Grinder offers easy set-up with a rigid scissors mount and both an X and Y feed. The belt is easily changed and is wider for greater surface exposure plus its longer length dissipates heat better for longer portable grinding machine life. The servo control is easy to operate and the Tire Grinder is powered by an electric motor.
