Hydratight’s latest product innovation the Morgrip Swivel Ring Flange (SRF) has been used to simplify the final tie-in process of subsea pipelines for many years. By allowing the 360° rotation of the bolt-holes to align with those of the mating flange, the Swivel Ring Flange reduces dive-time and makes connection easy.

The SRF is designed and manufactured to the same exacting standards as Morgrip, including full ASME compliance, stress-analysis and materials traceability.

It uses a simple retaining groove to secure the rotating flange component, removing the need for welding within the manufacturing process. This mechanism makes it simple to prepare the flange for use, and ensures its reliability subsea.

The Hydratight SRF is available in all commonly used sizes and ratings from existing inventory. Lead times are short for specialist or non-standard requirements via our in-house manufacturing resources, thus allowing us to cater for all of your repair and construction requirements.
