The 3000RI Connector is an evolution of the 3000R design which employs the use of removable tensioning tools, rather than using dedicated tooling, which remains on the connector after installation.

The tooling system on the 3000RI Connector can therefore be recovered from the connector after activation, ready for use on a second connector or other applications.

The 3000RI has been supplied in 12" and 28" sizes, for contingency purposes, after a full and comprehensive, DNV designed test-programme.
