Comparator

The Universal Comparator is a basic device used to measure bolt extension. It can be used dynamically with Hydratight torque wrenches, and there is an option for a hard copy print capability.

It incorporates a digital read-out (metric or imperial) with accuracy to +/- 0.001mm (+/- 0.0005"). The instrument's accuracy and repeatability is not dependent upon the operator. The guides are placed at both ends of the bolt, the Bolt Comparator is zeroed and a digital reading follows.

Plus there is an option to add extension rods for bolt lengths 150mm - 1400mm (6" - 55").
