Expert Hydratight speaker at Going Global conference

Hydratight's global learning and development manager, Karen Fleming, will be among expert speakers at Going Global 2010 ­the fourth international coaching conference, in London (March 11-12).

The bi-annual event, organised by the Association for Coaching, brings together leaders in the field of business coaching to discuss professional development, cross-cultural coaching and collaborations between in-house trainers and external coaching specialists.

Karen, who coaches senior managers and organises team-building activities across Europe, Asia and the USA, is responsible for Hydratight's two highly-successful global learning days - personal training days that involved all Hydratight centres and gave all team members across the globe the chance to develop their work and personal skills.

Karen will present a workshop with Cecile Buckenmeyer, an independent coach and coach supervisor, with whom she has collaborated for some time.

Their workshop, Cultural Intelligence - a Coach and Supervisor's Developmental Experiences, uses case study material to illustrate how coaching and supervision can be used to develop skills across national and cultural boundaries, and will demonstrate how these skills can be applied in real-life, practical terms to benefit both individuals and their employers and colleagues.
