Informate
Like Boltup, Informate provides bolt loads, tool pressures and gasket selection when using Hydratight's range of tensioning and torque equipment on a range of ANSI and API flanged joints and clamp connections. The bolt load values recommended by Informate are independently verified as suitable for delivering leak-free joints when used with correct assembly and tightening procedures (procedures are built in to the Informate package).
New functionality has been introduced to allow you to:
- Choose from a list of exotic flange materials
- Input user defined residual stress
- Vary joint thickness
- Perform compact flange, heat exchanger and manway door calculations
- Export directly into PDF, Word and Excel
- Customise datasheets and joint completion certificates
- The clamping section carries out tool fits and contains specified torque values direct from the clamping manufacturers
- Pump pressures are calculated for the tool you require to use
