The above suite of courses are based upon Hydratight’s best practice internal technician IMPACT competency assurance process and are externally accredited and audited for both internal and external delivery with either City & Guilds or Hydratight certification.

ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity Units Accredited Training Centre – UK

The ECITB offers a series of endorsed certificates in specialist bolting skills and techniques. These short courses teach discrete, critical skills through accredited training providers based on the ECITB’s own skills and technical training units.

  • MJI10 Hand Torque Bolted Connection Techniques
  • MJI18 Hydraulically Tensioned Bolted Connection Techniques

ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity Units Accredited Test Centre - UK

Hydratight is a key member of the ECITB Specialist Critical Bolting Unit review committee and also an approved ECITB Technical Competence Test Centre for the below Mechanical Joint Integrity Technical Competence Test Units

  • TMJI10 Dismantle, Assemble and Hand Torque Flanged Joints
  • TMJI11 Dismantle, Assemble and Hand Torque Clamp Connectors
  • TMJI18 Dismantle, Assemble and Tensioning Bolted Connections (Hydraulic Tensioning)
  • TMJI 19 Dismantle, Assemble and Hydraulically Torque Flanged Joints

OLF (Norwegian Oil Industry Association) Approved Training Centre – Norway

This course is part of OLF's industry requirements project to verify knowledge of preliminary work, planning, execution and documentation of assembling flanges by tensioning bolts on flange connections on high-pressure hydrocarbon process systems.

  • Flange Work OLF Guideline 118

The course is a combination of theory and practical application and concludes with a web-based exam
