Our Training Instructors

The quality and experience of the Training Instructor remains key to the successful delivery of our training courses.

Key in our drive to improve bolted joint integrity training and increase industry competency levels is having regional trainer capability to deliver training and carry out assessments in line with best practice methods and systems of work.

As a result a technical specific “Train the Trainer” course has been implemented, based on the three modules detailed below:

1. “Training” in the course to be delivered
2. “Delivery” of the course both theory and practical instruction to an approved Assessor
3. “Assessment” ongoing throughout the modules then one on one assistance and coaching until proven competent

On successful completion delegates will be internally approved to deliver training, issue certification, carry out competency assessments and control training records to provide full traceability.

As a result of our internal development process Hydratight Training Instructors are competent in the courses that they deliver with industry specific experience and follow an internal Training Instructor and Assessor approval process verified by formal regional external qualifications where applicable to ensure all trainees are provided with best in class coaching and guidance.
