Will be responsible for the execution of the operational activities in the Caspian Region. Whilst this is an operationally focused role, there will be a strong customer facing element, and the expectation is that strong relationships with key clients will be established. Will be expected to develop & implement initiatives within our operations to support expanded revenue levels, to implement global business standards & practices across all our locations, work with other regions to maximize utilization of assets and personnel, and work closely with the Commercial Leader to ensure the provision of day to day support for our network of sales personnel and agents within the region, and to develop long term operational plans.
