Quickflange

The Morgrip Quickflange is a flange-terminated connector used in flanged-spool repair applications. The Quickflange is aimed at emergency repair of medium pressure, mid-size oil and gas pipelines. Available from stock to suit a variety of pipelines from 4" through to 16" in 900lb flange termination, the Quickflange is supplied with mating flange, studs, nuts and RTJ gasket, ready for instant use.

Quickflange uses the same gripping and metal/graphite sealing mechanisms of every Morgrip connector and includes an external pressure test as standard. The connector can be re-terminated in a flange of choice (e.g. 600lb or 1500lb) and the whole connector can, if necessary, be removed and reused after on-site fitting of new seals.

It is not necessary for a Hydratight technician to supervise the installation process as an installation DVD/Video is supplied with every connector. However we can supply a technician if you would prefer.
