Hydratight is committed to protecting sensitive information and maintaining the highest standards of cybersecurity. As part of that commitment, Hydratight pursued and has achieved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (Self) status. The self-assessment was conducted in accordance with Department of War requirements applicable to organizations eligible for the CMMC Level 2 self-assessment pathway. The submission demonstrates our commitment to protecting CUI and maintaining cybersecurity practices aligned with the 110 security requirements of NIST SP 800-171 and reinforces our ability to support government agencies, defense contractors, and critical infrastructure customers by safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and maintaining secure business operations.
While the current regulatory framework allows eligible contractors to satisfy CMMC Level 2 requirements through self-assessment, we have intentionally built and documented our cybersecurity program to support independent third-party validation. As a result, we are prepared to undergo a C3PAO-led assessment should future contract requirements or regulatory changes necessitate independent certification.
The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is a cybersecurity framework developed by the U.S. Department of War to strengthen the security of organizations throughout the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). CMMC Level 2 requires organizations to implement and maintain a comprehensive set of cybersecurity practices aligned with the security controls defined in NIST SP 800-171.
Achieving CMMC Level 2 demonstrates that Hydratight has implemented rigorous cybersecurity controls designed to protect sensitive government information and reduce cyber risk.
For our customers, this means:
Cybersecurity is an essential part of how Hydratight operates. Complying with CMMC Level 2 reflects a significant investment in people, processes, and technology to meet evolving security requirements. We continuously evaluate and strengthen our cybersecurity program to help protect customer information, maintain operational resilience, and support the industries that rely on secure, dependable partners.
Hydratight's CMMC Level 2 (Self) status enables us to meet the cybersecurity requirements for many Department of War contracts. It positions us to continue supporting government agencies, prime contractors, and organizations operating within the Defense Industrial Base.
