Achieve what traditional machining cannot

When critical components are too hard, too delicate, or too inaccessible for conventional machining, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) is the answer. Instead of mechanical force, we use controlled electrical discharges to remove material at the micron level -cleanly and precisely, without chips, contamination, or stress to the component.

We perform EDM on-site using a submerged, closed-loop system that captures microscopic particles (≈10 μm), so you get the precision you need without worrying about contamination. It's ideal for high-precision repairs, nuclear applications, and any environment with strict Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) requirements. When accuracy, cleanliness, and zero mechanical load are non-negotiable, EDM is often the only machining process that will work—and we bring it directly to your site.

Steel, Inconel, welds, zirconium, aluminum. Hardness is no limitation.

Non-destructive

Zero mechanical force. Workpiece and surroundings stay protected.

How It Works

We begin with a detailed assessment of your component, the material properties, and your precision requirements. This informs electrode design and process parameters.

The EDM process takes place in a carefully controlled submerged environment, typically demineralized water or specialized oil. We position a precision electrode and introduce controlled electrical pulses.

The resulting spark erosion removes material particle by particle, allowing us to cut cavities, core through welds, or achieve repairs with tolerance levels impossible with conventional tools.

Throughout the process, captured particles are managed in a closed-loop system - critical for FME-sensitive environments like nuclear facilities. The entire operation is monitored to ensure we meet your dimensional requirements and deliver the precision your asset demands.
