Our Assessment & Engineering Review

Clamp Installation
The MorSafeâ„¢ segmented clamp is assembled around the flange. Backstops isolate clamp pre-load, so no additional force is transferred to the gasket or flange.
Controlled Bolt Removal
Using approved cold cutting or removal tools, bolts are removed and replaced individually while the clamp maintains joint integrity and mitigates unknown bolt and gasket conditions.
Verification & Torquing
New bolts are torqued to specification, all components are checked, and containment stability is confirmed before clamp removal.
