BOLTING ASSEMBLER TRAINING

The course will deliver skill level 2 academic training relevant to the Bolting Assembler role within A-1.3.2 of Appendix A, covering bolted flange joint disassembly, alignment, assembly, selection of target bolt loads, appropriate tooling and tightening techniques relevant to the tightening of piping joints using hand torque tightening equipment.

BOLTING INSPECTOR TRAINING

The course will deliver additional skill level 2 academic training relevant to the Bolting Inspector role defined within A-1.3.3 of Appendix A, covering pre-tightening, in-process and post-assembly inspections for quality assurance.

POWERED EQUIPMENT ENDORSMENT TRAINING

The course will deliver academic training relevant to the Powered Equipment Endorsement curriculum within A-2.3-1 of Appendix A, covering bolted flange joint disassembly, assembly and tightening procedures using powered torque and bolt tensioning equipment.

HEAT EXCHANGER ENDORSMENT TRAINING

The course will deliver academic training relevant to the Heat Exchanger Endorsement curriculum within A-2.4-1 of Appendix A, covering heat exchanger joint disassembly, assembly and tightening techniques using hydraulic torque and bolt tensioning equipment.

SPECIAL JOINT ENDORSMENT TRAINING

The course will deliver academic training relevant to the Special Joint Endorsement curriculum within A-2.5 of Appendix A, covering clamp connector and compact flange disassembly, assembly and tightening techniques using hand and hydraulic torque equipment.
